1、山東輕工業(yè)學院2012屆本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)摘要本設計采用濕法制粒壓片,主要生產工序為粉碎、篩分、混合、制粒、干燥、壓片、包衣、包裝。然后根據(jù)生產工序進行物料衡算與能量衡算。物料衡算應考慮到每一步生產工序產生的損失,從最后一步開始,往前面的工序推進來進行計算。物料衡算確定了原材料消耗定額,從而確定了設備工藝設計與選型,進而決定管路設計等各種設計項目。再者就是能量衡算,涉及到生產工序中的干燥及冷卻需要消耗循環(huán)水的熱量。能量衡算還包括每臺設備在生產中消耗的電能。選擇廠址時,周圍應有良好的衛(wèi)生環(huán)境,空氣污染少,無水土污染的地區(qū),也
2、要盡量避免人流,物流比較密集的工業(yè)區(qū)域。廠址的交通運輸應方便、快捷,水,電汽,原材料和燃料的供應要方便。車間應按工藝流程合理布局,有利于生產操作,并能保證對生產過程進行有效的管理。正確劃分生產工藝流程中生產區(qū)域的潔凈級別,避免生產流程的迂回和人、物流交叉等。制藥用水的制備以飲用為原料,經逐級提純水質。最后應做好廠區(qū)及車間的安全衛(wèi)生工作,并處理好生產過程中產生的“三廢”。關鍵詞:拉莫三嗪工藝設計工藝流程片劑生產AbstractThedesignusesthewetgranulationtotablet,themainprodu
