1、玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)型復(fù)合材料圓筒高溫高壓動(dòng)態(tài)沖擊斷口形貌分析王加剛余永剛周良梁曹韓學(xué)劉溪南京理工大學(xué)能源與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院重慶望江工業(yè)有限公司重慶大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院摘要:為了探宄埋頭彈火炮所用的玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)型(GFR)復(fù)合材料藥筒在高溫高壓瞬態(tài)沖擊條件下的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度,分別開展了圓筒靜態(tài)整體拉伸和動(dòng)態(tài)高溫高壓沖擊實(shí)驗(yàn),從拉伸/瞬態(tài)超高壓破壞試樣斷UI部分截取斷U樣品,在掃描電子顯微鏡下觀察斷門形貌,得到GFR復(fù)合材料在兩種不同受力情況下的失效模式。結(jié)果表明:室溫整體單軸拉伸斷裂時(shí),GFR復(fù)合材料的斷而與軸線夾角接近45°,失效模式為環(huán)氧樹脂基體破壞和纖維拔出;在高壓瞬態(tài)沖擊作用下,試樣主耍失效模式為纖
