2、工變形預(yù)測(cè)有限元模型,獲得材料去除過(guò)程工件變形規(guī)律。基于等效彎曲應(yīng)變能方法,計(jì)算加工過(guò)程工件剛度變化規(guī)律;通過(guò)毛坯初始的應(yīng)力和去除材料產(chǎn)生的彎曲附加應(yīng)力的疊加分析,結(jié)合應(yīng)力-工件剛度演變特點(diǎn),借助于材料去除產(chǎn)生的附加力矩分析,構(gòu)建航空隔框件加工變形數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)隔框工件加工過(guò)程變形進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)分析。將有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果與數(shù)學(xué)解析模型計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)比,研究表明兩種方法獲得的加工變形規(guī)律相吻合,工件變形特征與去除材料的初始應(yīng)力狀態(tài)變化規(guī)律相一致。關(guān)鍵詞:等效彎曲應(yīng)變能;剛度演變;殘余應(yīng)力;加工變形;數(shù)學(xué)建模中圖分類號(hào):TP311MathematicalModelingofAeronautica
