2、,使小球細(xì)胞和擬絳色細(xì)胞的比率下降;對精母細(xì)胞減數(shù)分裂和精子變形成熟過程也具有極為顯著的抑制作用。初步確定環(huán)磷酰胺抑制家蠶血球增殖和精細(xì)胞發(fā)育的適宜注射劑量為每克蠶體質(zhì)量200g(即200o,g/g),適宜添食劑量為500g,高于對哺乳動物的有效劑量。研究結(jié)果證明環(huán)磷酰胺對低等動物家蠶的細(xì)胞分裂和增殖的抑制作用與在高等動物中的作用相同或相似,因此,家蠶有望成為環(huán)磷酰胺類似化療藥物、免疫抑制藥物和不育模型藥物的實驗動物。關(guān)鍵詞家蠶;環(huán)磷酰胺;血球增殖;精細(xì)胞發(fā)育;藥物篩選模型中圖分類號$881.2;R965.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼A文章編號0257—4799(2013)05—
