2、靈芝多糖高、中、低劑量(160、80、40mg／kg，連續(xù)10d)組。灌胃給藥，每天1次。ELISA法測(cè)定小鼠血清干擾素(IFN)吖與白細(xì)胞介素(IL)2含量，稱定瘤質(zhì)量并計(jì)算抑瘤率，稱定胸腺和脾臟質(zhì)量并計(jì)算胸腺和脾臟指數(shù)。結(jié)果：與正常對(duì)照組比較，模型組小鼠血清IFN吖和IL一2含量減少，瘤質(zhì)量增加，胸腺和脾臟指數(shù)降低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)；與模型組比較，靈芝多糖高、中劑量組小鼠血清IFN-7和IL．2含量增加，瘤質(zhì)量減少，胸腺和脾臟指數(shù)升高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。結(jié)論：靈芝多糖對(duì)S180荷瘤小鼠具有一定的抗腫瘤及增強(qiáng)免
