1、摘要隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法的不斷豐富,設(shè)計(jì)智能化已經(jīng)成為機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)中熱門的研究課題之一。本文針對造紙機(jī)中的卷紙機(jī)部分進(jìn)行了研究,開發(fā)了一套完整的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)和特征建模技術(shù)是CAD技術(shù)繼續(xù)發(fā)展和適應(yīng)工業(yè)發(fā)展要求的兩項(xiàng)重要技術(shù)。參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)有利于建立和管理產(chǎn)品零件庫,極大的提高了產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)效率。而應(yīng)用特征建模技術(shù)建立的產(chǎn)品特征模型,從產(chǎn)品整個(gè)生命周期各階段的不同要求來描述產(chǎn)品,完整的提供了產(chǎn)品信息,使得各應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)可以直接從產(chǎn)品模型中抽出所需的信息,這就極大的滿足了CAD/CAM/CAE集成系統(tǒng)的要求。本文是在對卷紙機(jī)的工作原理特別了解的基礎(chǔ)上以Visua1C++為工
2、具,運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)中的優(yōu)化方法對卷紙機(jī)中的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并且利用Pro舊專業(yè)繪圖軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了卷紙機(jī)零件的參數(shù)化繪圖,精確繪出各個(gè)零件的幾何形狀和二維工程圖。最后,該軟件繪制出卷紙機(jī)的三維實(shí)體為卷紙機(jī)在結(jié)構(gòu)方面進(jìn)行有限元分析以及數(shù)控加工打下了基礎(chǔ)。本文通過完整的卷紙機(jī)優(yōu)化程序,參數(shù)化建模繪圖,大大縮短了卷紙機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)周期,降低了卷紙機(jī)的研制成本,這對輕工業(yè)機(jī)械的研制有積極的幫助。關(guān)鍵詞:卷紙機(jī)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)化有限元分析44AbstractWithcomputertechnologydevelopingmoderndesigningmethodbecomingmoreabundance,thedesign
