1、武漢科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)摘要連鑄設(shè)備中，引錠裝置具有重要作用。在開(kāi)澆前將引錠上端的引錠頭伸入結(jié)晶器內(nèi),作為結(jié)晶器活動(dòng)底部把結(jié)晶器的下口堵??；開(kāi)澆后,隨著鋼水的凝固,鑄坯端部和引錠頭凝結(jié)為一體,引錠作為拉坯的傳動(dòng)部件,把鑄坯連續(xù)地從結(jié)晶器內(nèi)拉出來(lái)；當(dāng)引錠頭通過(guò)拉輥之后,脫錠裝置將引錠頭與鑄坯快速脫開(kāi),引錠被運(yùn)送到引錠存放裝置收存,待下次澆注時(shí)使用。引錠裝置包括引錠、脫錠裝置、引錠存放裝置和引錠跟蹤裝置。鑄坯引錠裝置雖然不影響鑄坯質(zhì)量和澆注速度,但它是構(gòu)成連鑄設(shè)備的一個(gè)重要組成部分,直接影響著連鑄機(jī)
