2、間2011年8月26號(hào)會(huì)審地點(diǎn)國(guó)投哈密一礦912會(huì)議室審查內(nèi)容副斜井施工組織設(shè)計(jì)編制單位河南煤炭建設(shè)集團(tuán)參加人員柳德巖、李金嶺、梁德宏、郭修武、劉漢卿、武濤、趙慧明、吳世波、呂周省會(huì)審結(jié)論:1、井筒及巷道施工長(zhǎng)度要按照?qǐng)D紙中標(biāo)注尺寸寫,不能出現(xiàn)多個(gè)尺寸。2、在綜掘機(jī)停止工作期間,炮頭必須落地(檢修除外),在此期間所有人員嚴(yán)禁站在炮頭上作業(yè)或休息。3、多輛無軌膠輪車在井筒內(nèi)行駛期間要有信號(hào)指揮車輛行駛,錯(cuò)車期間必須在錯(cuò)車硐室內(nèi)錯(cuò)車。4、加強(qiáng)井筒施工期間領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下井帶班制度。5、井筒內(nèi)錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)期間要求網(wǎng)片每隔100m斷開一排錨桿距離,要求使用塑料網(wǎng)。6、綜掘機(jī)掘
