1、摘要摘要隨著電力、電子技術(shù)以及工業(yè)自動化控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使得交流變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)在工業(yè)電機(jī)拖動領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。另外,由于PLC的功能強(qiáng)大、容易使用、高可靠性,常常被用來作為現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)的采集和設(shè)備的控制,因此變頻器控制是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)節(jié)能、可靠和安全的首選儀器。本系統(tǒng)基于工藝流程與經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的考慮,最后選擇了美國艾默生公司的EV2000變頻器,設(shè)計(jì)一拖二的變頻調(diào)速控制系統(tǒng)??煽刂苾膳_電機(jī),工變一體且可實(shí)現(xiàn)工變頻的切換,可顯示檢測到的壓力和流量。變頻控制系統(tǒng)的啟動曲線在參考《油田采出水處理設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》雙向過濾器反沖洗時(shí)限
2、規(guī)定的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)各種濾罐型式和每個(gè)水處理的實(shí)際情況,通過實(shí)驗(yàn),確定每個(gè)系統(tǒng)確定的啟動,運(yùn)行,停止曲線。通過設(shè)置EV2000變頻器的參數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)置PLC控制、PID閉環(huán)控制、開環(huán)控制。通過變頻控制器啟停電機(jī)和內(nèi)置PLC,實(shí)現(xiàn)了七段速度調(diào)節(jié),適當(dāng)?shù)卣{(diào)整了反沖洗時(shí)限、流速和過濾周期,監(jiān)測泵出口壓力,設(shè)置緩沖罐、反沖洗罐、回收水罐的聯(lián)鎖自動控制,自動限制低速運(yùn)行時(shí)間,保護(hù)電機(jī)和變頻器等功能,有效地保證了反沖洗效果。關(guān)鍵詞:反沖洗;變頻器;PLC;濾罐;節(jié)能1摘要1AbstractAbstractAlongwith
