1、免耕精量施肥播種機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研制孫永佳孫宜田沈景新李青龍張波竇青青山東省農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械科學(xué)研宄院摘要:針對(duì)目前國內(nèi)免耕精量施肥播種機(jī)缺少智能化監(jiān)控裝置,機(jī)手無法直接監(jiān)測作業(yè)過程中出現(xiàn)的缺種、缺肥、耕深不達(dá)標(biāo)等故障的問題,開發(fā)了一種免耕精量施肥播種機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。通過觸摸屏實(shí)時(shí)顯示當(dāng)前耕深、平均耕深、作業(yè)面積、作業(yè)速度、作業(yè)幅寬、行播種數(shù)及耕深曲線等,并可實(shí)現(xiàn)作業(yè)信息保存和斉詢,出現(xiàn)缺種、堵種、缺肥、堵肥、耕深不達(dá)標(biāo)時(shí),通過蜂鳴器進(jìn)行報(bào)警提示;采用GPRS無線傳輸技術(shù),作業(yè)信息可傳輸?shù)竭h(yuǎn)程管理系統(tǒng),便于監(jiān)管;通過衛(wèi)星定位模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)

7、tomaticandintelligentlevelofcornseedingmachinery.Keyword:no-tillageprecisefertilizationplanter;thetouchingscreen;monitoringsystem;wire1esstransmission;satellitepositioning;Received:2016-11-180引言玉米是我國主要糧食作物,播種作業(yè)是牛.產(chǎn)中重要的環(huán)節(jié),播種質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響產(chǎn)量。免耕精量施肥播種機(jī)可一次性完成深松、分層施肥、精量單粒播
8、種及擠壓覆土等工序,避免丫多次下地作業(yè)造成的土壤多次壓實(shí)和機(jī)具動(dòng)力浪費(fèi)等問題。國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的免耕精量施肥播種機(jī)缺少智能化監(jiān)控裝置,在故障診斷與報(bào)警、觸控終端人機(jī)交互、作業(yè)信息無線傳輸及作業(yè)路徑復(fù)現(xiàn)等方面研究較少,存在產(chǎn)品空白。由于缺少監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),播種損失和耕深監(jiān)管難等問題不斷顯現(xiàn),因此研制與免耕精量施肥播種機(jī)配套的監(jiān)控裝置
