1、東華理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文(論文)ABSTRACT摘要電子負(fù)載的原理是控制內(nèi)功率MOSFET或晶體管的導(dǎo)通量,靠功率管的耗散功率消耗電能的設(shè)備,它的基本工作方式有恒壓、恒流、恒阻、恒功率這幾種。本設(shè)計從直流電子負(fù)載系統(tǒng)方案分析入手,詳細(xì)討論了整個系統(tǒng)的硬件電路和軟件實(shí)現(xiàn),并給出較為合理的解決方案。為便于控制的實(shí)現(xiàn)和功能的擴(kuò)展,采用了STC89C52單片機(jī)作為核心控制器,設(shè)計了DA輸出控制電路、AD電壓電流檢測電路、鍵盤電路、顯示電路和驅(qū)動電路,通過軟、硬件的協(xié)調(diào)配合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了整個設(shè)計。通過運(yùn)放、PI調(diào)節(jié)器及負(fù)反饋控制環(huán)路來控制MOSFET的柵極電壓
2、,從而達(dá)到其內(nèi)阻變化。這個控制環(huán)路是整個電路的核心實(shí)質(zhì),MOS管在這里既作為電流的控制器件同時也作為被測電源的負(fù)載??刂芃OS管的導(dǎo)通量,其內(nèi)阻發(fā)生相應(yīng)的變化,從而達(dá)到流過該電子負(fù)載的電流恒定,實(shí)現(xiàn)恒流工作模式。本設(shè)計能實(shí)現(xiàn)電子負(fù)載的恒流控制:能夠檢測被測電源的電流、電壓及功率并由液晶顯示。在額定使用環(huán)境下,恒流方式時不論輸入電壓如何變化(在一定范圍內(nèi)),電子負(fù)載將根據(jù)設(shè)定值來吸收電流,流過該電子負(fù)載的電流恒定。關(guān)鍵詞:電子負(fù)載;恒流模式;PI調(diào)節(jié)器;AD轉(zhuǎn)換;DA轉(zhuǎn)換東華理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文(論文)ABSTRACTABSTRACTThepri
