1、機(jī)械科學(xué)研究皖碩士學(xué)位論文摘要低表面能防腐耐候氟碳涂料的研究摘要本文首先對目前市場上幾種常用的氟碳樹脂進(jìn)行了耐候性研究。在研究過程中,將自制丙烯酸樹脂和氟碳樹脂進(jìn)行摻合做成漆膜后,分別進(jìn)行了紫外加速老化試驗(yàn)和室外曝曬試驗(yàn),定期測量其光澤和色差的變化來評價(jià)漆膜的老化程度,對老化程度嚴(yán)重的漆膜進(jìn)行了紅外光譜分析試驗(yàn),分析漆膜樹脂的分解情況。最后得知:氟碳樹脂F(xiàn)5耐候性最好,即使有部分自制丙烯酸樹脂摻合后,耐候性仍然達(dá)到或好于其它純的氟碳樹脂。其次本文又通過鹽霧試驗(yàn)和濕熱試驗(yàn)找到最佳防腐體系:環(huán)氧富鋅底漆+環(huán)氧云鐵中間層+常溫固化氟碳面漆,并
2、且對幾種氟碳樹脂進(jìn)行了耐化學(xué)藥品性能試驗(yàn)后,分析試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)可知,氟碳樹脂F(xiàn)2和F5的耐化學(xué)藥品性要好于其它樹脂。最后,對漆膜的自清潔性能進(jìn)行了初步探討。利用含氟碳鏈在漆膜固化過程中,發(fā)生自取向的特性,合成了高含氟量的聚合物FT-I。把少量的FT-I加入到樹脂中可以使漆膜接觸角接近120。,大大降低了漆膜的表面能。通過x射線電子掃描(XPS)測量漆膜表面,發(fā)現(xiàn)在漆膜表面確實(shí)富集了大量的氟元素,從而證明了氟元素在固化過程中確實(shí)發(fā)生了取向作用。加入聚合物FT-I的漆膜按照美國軍標(biāo)MIL-PRF一85285D進(jìn)行清潔性測試可知:高光漆清潔率可達(dá)到
