1、內(nèi)??刂萍捌湓谥髌麥乜刂浦械膽?yīng)用研究摘要主汽溫控制系統(tǒng)具有大滯后、非線性的特點(diǎn)。在電廠中必須嚴(yán)格控制過(guò)熱器出口蒸汽溫度,使它不超過(guò)規(guī)定的范圍,蒸汽溫度過(guò)高或過(guò)低,都將給安全生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)不利影響。主汽溫控制系統(tǒng)關(guān)系著機(jī)組運(yùn)行的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,因此對(duì)其要求非常嚴(yán)格。尤其近年來(lái)由于發(fā)電機(jī)組向大容量、高參數(shù)發(fā)展,被控對(duì)象更加復(fù)雜,對(duì)控制的要求更高,常規(guī)的串級(jí)PID控制已經(jīng)不能完全滿足主汽溫控制品質(zhì)的要求。近年來(lái),(internalmodelcontrol,IMC)引起了控制界的很大關(guān)注。內(nèi)模控制是一種基于過(guò)程數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行控制器設(shè)計(jì)的新型控制策略,其主要特點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)
2、單、設(shè)計(jì)直觀簡(jiǎn)便,在線調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù)少,且調(diào)整方針明確,調(diào)整容易,調(diào)節(jié)性能好,特別是對(duì)于魯棒性及抗擾性的改善和大時(shí)滯系統(tǒng)的控制,效果尤為顯著。因此,研究?jī)?nèi)??刂圃诖筮t延、大慣性的主汽溫系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用具有非常重要的實(shí)際意義。針對(duì)火電廠主汽溫這一控制系統(tǒng),提高主汽溫控制質(zhì)量的研究。本文作了如下工作:本文分析了主汽溫控制對(duì)象特性,介紹了內(nèi)模控制的原理,以及對(duì)內(nèi)??刂葡到y(tǒng)和串級(jí)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真比較。關(guān)鍵詞:主汽溫控制;內(nèi)??刂疲粫r(shí)滯27InternalModelControlForMainSteamTemperatureControlSystemAbstractThe

5、qualityofthemainsteamtemperaturecontrolrequirements.Inrecentyears,(internalmodelcontrol,IMC)hasarousedgreatconcerninthecontrolcommunity.IMCisamathematicalmodelbasedonacontrollerdesignprocessofnewcontrolstrategy,whichwithsimplemainfeature,simpleintuitivedesign,lessonlineadjustmen
6、tparameters,andwithClearreorientation,easytoadjustwithperformanceresults,theeffectisparticularlysignificantespeciallytotheimprovementforrobustness,immunityandcontroloflargetime-delaysystem.Therefore,thestudyofinternalmodelcontrolinlargedelay,largeinertiaofthemainsteamtemperature
7、systemintheapplicationhasaveryimportantpracticalsignificanceforthethermalpowerplantmainsteamtemperaturecontrolsystem,mainsteamtemperaturecontroltoimprovethequalityofresearch.Inthispaperweanalyzesthecharacteristicsofthemainsteamtemperatureregulatorobjects,introducestheprincipleof
