1、花園住宅樓工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì)摘要：本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題為多層住宅的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。本住宅樓為六層磚混結(jié)構(gòu)，基礎(chǔ)、構(gòu)造柱、圈梁、樓地板、樓梯等混凝土部分為現(xiàn)澆工程，砌筑工程主要為砌筑磚墻。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容為在看懂圖紙結(jié)合工程實(shí)際的前提下編寫施工組織設(shè)計(jì)，其中包括編制依據(jù)、工程概況、施工平面布置、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃及保證措施、各分部分項(xiàng)工程施工方案、勞動(dòng)力機(jī)械設(shè)備及周轉(zhuǎn)材料投入計(jì)劃、季節(jié)施工措施以及安全文明生產(chǎn)、環(huán)境保護(hù)、施工措施等，其中重點(diǎn)為各分部分項(xiàng)工程施工方案，在查閱大量資料并充分結(jié)合實(shí)際的情況下完成，對(duì)本工程中涉及到的各個(gè)分部分項(xiàng)工程做了盡可能詳細(xì)的編寫。此外，利
