1、摘要應(yīng)用組態(tài)軟件設(shè)計一個仿真實驗監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)對實際工程問題的過程控制,現(xiàn)在我們的具體問題是實現(xiàn)對水箱液位過程控制。為了能設(shè)計一個解決實際工程問題的仿真實驗監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),我們可以基于各種組態(tài)軟件來設(shè)計這個仿真平臺.而MCGS組態(tài)軟件具有操作簡便、可視性好、可維護(hù)性強、高性能等突出特點,它可以快速構(gòu)造和生成上位機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),并可穩(wěn)定運行于多種操作系統(tǒng).。以MCGS組態(tài)軟件為開發(fā)平臺,設(shè)計一個仿真實驗監(jiān)控平臺來實現(xiàn)對實際工程問題的控制.不僅能對水箱的液位進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,采集實驗數(shù)據(jù)建立實驗報表,而且能夠脫機進(jìn)行仿真實驗、模擬控制。為了能夠很好的實現(xiàn)對水箱液位控制
2、系統(tǒng)的仿真,綜合考慮多方面的因素,本文將用MCGS組態(tài)軟件設(shè)計一個仿真實驗監(jiān)控平臺來對其進(jìn)行實時控制.具體地,要將MCGS組態(tài)軟件實現(xiàn)此方案。在該系統(tǒng)中,利用MCGS組態(tài)軟件完成數(shù)據(jù)采集、控制信息輸出以及人機交互等工作,完成仿真實驗監(jiān)控平臺的設(shè)計,最終達(dá)到對水箱液位實時監(jiān)控,實驗數(shù)據(jù)采集,報表的輸出和數(shù)據(jù)的同步顯示。關(guān)鍵詞:MCGS組態(tài)軟件;液位系統(tǒng);仿真實驗AbstractTodesignasimulationexperimentmonitoringplatformwithapplicationconfigurationsoftware,rea
