1、摘要摘要在煉鋼生產(chǎn)中,運(yùn)用鋼鐵MES,通過(guò)對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化調(diào)度,生產(chǎn)成本在線跟蹤預(yù)測(cè)與優(yōu)化控制,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的計(jì)量質(zhì)量動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤以及設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控等,能夠提升鋼材生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的控制質(zhì)量和運(yùn)行質(zhì)量。鋼鐵MES的開(kāi)發(fā)需要收集現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中大量的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),利用這些數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)MES程序以及MES的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。煉鋼生產(chǎn)是一種復(fù)雜的生產(chǎn)流程,用真實(shí)的系統(tǒng)研究冶金流程,費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)錢(qián),并且很難做到,用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)則可化繁為簡(jiǎn),大大節(jié)省人力物力。HLA是新一代分布式交互仿真體系結(jié)構(gòu),它的核心思想是互操作和可重用,RTI是其軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文將HLA仿真技術(shù)應(yīng)用到煉鋼領(lǐng)域,研究煉鋼流程,在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)煉鋼
2、流程仿真的需要,參照HLA規(guī)范完善了原有RTI運(yùn)行平臺(tái)軟件。通過(guò)對(duì)煉鋼設(shè)備及工藝過(guò)程的分析,構(gòu)造出仿真系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)框架,參照FEDEP的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程對(duì)聯(lián)邦成員進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),共實(shí)現(xiàn)了調(diào)度、連鑄、數(shù)據(jù)收集三個(gè)聯(lián)邦成員,在完善后RTI平臺(tái)上,運(yùn)行了煉鋼流程仿真系統(tǒng),并給出了連鑄和調(diào)度的運(yùn)行界面。本文通過(guò)對(duì)煉鋼流程仿真系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā),研究了利用HLA開(kāi)發(fā)仿真系統(tǒng)的過(guò)程,總結(jié)出聯(lián)邦成員程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)圖,為以后開(kāi)發(fā)其他仿真系統(tǒng)提供基礎(chǔ)。另外本文提出了利用仿真系統(tǒng)支持MES開(kāi)發(fā)調(diào)試的方法,現(xiàn)已完成的仿真系統(tǒng)由數(shù)據(jù)收集聯(lián)邦成員把仿真數(shù)據(jù)及參數(shù)收集并存儲(chǔ)到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,能夠支持MES開(kāi)發(fā)調(diào)試,達(dá)到了仿真目的,也為其他領(lǐng)
