1、摘要摘要本文對(duì)基于UHF/VHF段正交頻分復(fù)用技術(shù)OFDM的無(wú)線通信系統(tǒng)的射頻技術(shù)進(jìn)行了較全面的研究分析與硬件實(shí)現(xiàn),重點(diǎn)分析了系統(tǒng)中的低噪聲放大技術(shù)與自動(dòng)增益控制技術(shù)的原理和功能,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)電路設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)對(duì)低噪聲放大系統(tǒng)中的噪聲進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),此外,文章還介紹了實(shí)現(xiàn)本系統(tǒng)的調(diào)制解調(diào)電路,混頻器電路,鎖相環(huán)電路和其它相關(guān)電路的原理與設(shè)計(jì)。并通過不斷地修改優(yōu)化電路,采取射頻電路PCB板的電磁兼容設(shè)計(jì),提高了射頻電路PCB設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性,大大降低了電磁干擾,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了電路的性能指標(biāo),為最終和其它子系統(tǒng)連接奠定
2、了較好的基礎(chǔ)。本文的系統(tǒng)主要是實(shí)現(xiàn)兩路模擬基帶信號(hào)到不同頻率的射頻信號(hào)(分別是225MHz和232MHz)的轉(zhuǎn)換,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了完整的收發(fā)不同頻的電路。本文在設(shè)計(jì)的PCB硬件電路系統(tǒng)采用了兩次變頻的技術(shù),以MAX2450芯片為核心進(jìn)行基帶信號(hào)的調(diào)制解調(diào),應(yīng)用AD8342芯片作為混頻器實(shí)現(xiàn)二次變頻,系統(tǒng)分別采用150MHz晶振和AD4360鎖相環(huán)芯片產(chǎn)生不同頻率的本振信號(hào)實(shí)現(xiàn)信號(hào)在不同頻率上的發(fā)射和接收,在低噪聲放大器電路中運(yùn)用了MAX2371芯片,并采用AD8367和AD8361芯片作為自動(dòng)增益控制電路來(lái)使系統(tǒng)
