1、提貨保函致：洋浦中誠聯(lián)合航運有限公司關(guān)于：船名（航次）抵港日期 貨物—提單號件數(shù)品名嘜頭發(fā)貨人（全稱）已安排上述貨物由上述船舶承運發(fā)往我司，但正本提單尚未到達(dá)。我司（全稱）現(xiàn)請求不憑正本提單提取貨物。考慮到貴司接受我司上述請求，我司同意如下：1、賠償并承擔(dān)貴司以及貴司雇員和代理因此承擔(dān)的一切責(zé)任和遭受的一切損失；2、若貴司或貴司雇員或代理因此被起訴，我司將隨時提供足夠的法律費用；3、若貴司船舶或財產(chǎn)因此被扣押或羈留或遭如此威脅，我司將提供所需的保釋金或其它擔(dān)保以解除或阻止前述扣押或羈留，并賠償貴司由此所受一切損失、損害或費用；4、一旦收到全套正本提單，我司將立即將其呈遞
