2、《師生關(guān)系問(wèn)卷》對(duì)現(xiàn)在初中牛師牛關(guān)系進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析；旨在探討初中牛師牛關(guān)系及其影響因索。研究結(jié)果表明：在親密型發(fā)展上，隨年級(jí)升高呈下降趨勢(shì)，初一學(xué)生與教師的親密型最多，初三學(xué)生與教師的親密型最少。在矛盾型上，隨年級(jí)升高呈上升趨勢(shì)，初一學(xué)生矛盾型最少，初三矛盾型最多，初二與初三在矛盾型上相差無(wú)兒。這也正體現(xiàn)了這一階段學(xué)牛獨(dú)特、矛盾的內(nèi)心世界，在自我尋求、探索中復(fù)雜的行為表現(xiàn)。影響師生關(guān)系的因素有性別，年級(jí)，獨(dú)生與否,城鄉(xiāng)，班干部與否等，性格對(duì)師生關(guān)系的影響在木調(diào)查屮不顯著關(guān)鍵詞：師牛關(guān)系；初中牛；影響因素JuniorHighSchoolTeacher-studentRelat

7、lstudents；Influencingfactors1引言1.1文獻(xiàn)綜述師生關(guān)系是教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)小最基本、最重要，同時(shí)也是最活躍的人際關(guān)系系統(tǒng)。師生關(guān)系的好壞直接影響并決定著最終的教育成效。蘇聯(lián)著名教育家克魯普斯卡婭說(shuō)過(guò):“教育的本質(zhì)就在于建立個(gè)人與集體和社會(huì)這種實(shí)際聯(lián)系的關(guān)系和體系，以保證個(gè)人的社會(huì)化。從社會(huì)學(xué)和教育學(xué)的角度來(lái)考察，教育的基本職能就是耍構(gòu)建一種新型的師生關(guān)系，以利于學(xué)生在和諧、愉快的氛帀中健康成長(zhǎng)?！雹倏梢?jiàn)師生關(guān)系在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中的重耍地位所在。對(duì)于師生關(guān)系的界定，前人有很多不同的看法跟定義，例如，
