1、文章編號:2095-1248(2016)06-0035-07刷式密封泄漏流動(dòng)特性流固耦合研究11211劉寧寧,孫丹,胡廣陽,艾延廷,白偉鋼(1.沈陽航空航天大學(xué)遼寧省航空推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)先進(jìn)測試技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,沈陽110136;2.中國航發(fā)沈陽發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)研究所航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力傳輸航空科技重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,沈陽110015)摘要:刷式密封是旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械的關(guān)鍵部件,由其引起的泄漏損失直接影響旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械的工作效率。分析了刷式密封的流固耦合特性,應(yīng)用雙向流固耦合與動(dòng)網(wǎng)格技術(shù),建立刷式密封瞬態(tài)三維流固耦合求解模型。在實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證流固耦合求解模型準(zhǔn)確性的基礎(chǔ)上,分析刷式密封的泄漏流動(dòng)特性,研究刷式密封幾何參數(shù)等因素對其泄漏
2、特性的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明,刷式密封泄漏量隨著后擋板保護(hù)高度的增大而增加;隨著刷絲束與后擋板之間軸向間隙的增大,泄漏量先增大,然后趨于穩(wěn)定不變;隨著刷絲排數(shù)的增加,泄漏量先迅速下降,然后下降速度趨緩。研究結(jié)果為刷式密封結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:刷式密封;流固耦合;流場特性;泄漏特性中圖分類號:TK263文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.2095-1248.2016.06.006Studyontheleakageflowcharacteristicsofbrushsealsbasedonfluid-structureinteraction11211LIUNin

6、enceheight.Theleakagerateincreaseswithincreasingtheaxialclearancebetweenthebrushbristleandbackplate,andthentendstobestable.Asthebristlerownumberin-creases,theleakageratefirstdecreasesrapidly,thenslowly,andfinallytendstoavalue.Theresultsofthisstudycanprovidefundamentalsupportfordesigningbrushse
