1、石油與天然氣化工第45卷第4期CHEMICALENGINEERINGOFOIL&GAS59抗高溫聚合物壓裂液復(fù)合交聯(lián)劑的研制11222陳效領(lǐng)李帥帥蘇盈豪胡儒麗唐菲利1.中國(guó)石油集團(tuán)西部鉆探工程有限公司井下作業(yè)公司2.北京希濤技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司摘要根據(jù)高溫聚合物壓裂液對(duì)交聯(lián)劑的要求,采用四氯化鈦、氯氧化鋯、乙酰丙酮(AAT)、馬來(lái)酸(MA)、異丙醇(IPA)為主要原料,制備出一種高溫壓裂液用復(fù)合交聯(lián)劑JL‐1。利用單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)法對(duì)各物質(zhì)配比、反應(yīng)溫度等交聯(lián)劑的合成方案和條件進(jìn)行了研究,確定了最佳合成方案;運(yùn)用紅外光譜
2、、核磁共振等現(xiàn)代分析手段,對(duì)交聯(lián)劑的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征;評(píng)價(jià)了交聯(lián)劑的綜合應(yīng)用性能。交聯(lián)劑的最佳合成方案為:n(ZrOCl2)∶n(TiCl4)∶n(MA)∶n(AAT)∶n(IPA)=0.120∶0.080∶0.220∶0.180∶0.440,絡(luò)合劑滴加反應(yīng)溫度為5℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為1.5h,60℃回流反應(yīng)時(shí)間為5h。在交聯(lián)液與交聯(lián)劑質(zhì)量比為100∶0.7時(shí),0.80%~1.0%(w)增稠劑XSS296壓裂液交聯(lián)黏度為0.80~1.49Pa·s;180-1℃、170s剪切1.5h后黏度為50mPa·s以上,交聯(lián)壓裂液
