1、全球教育的核心價(jià)値之探討國(guó)立臺(tái)中教育大學(xué)教育學(xué)系暨課程與教學(xué)硏究所副教授顏佩如yenpeyru@ms3.ntcu?edu.tw摘要全球化(globalization)趨勢(shì)已成爲(wèi)21世紀(jì)世界領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與國(guó)際組織關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，各國(guó)政策制定也關(guān)注當(dāng)前教育如何回應(yīng)全球化的潮流及挑戰(zhàn)，因此，本文採(cǎi)取文獻(xiàn)分析的方式，主要是探討：第一、全球化的世界趨勢(shì)、核心價(jià)値的定義以及全球教育的重要性。第二、全球化趨勢(shì)與教育的探討，包括從全球化的面向與現(xiàn)象、進(jìn)程與趨勢(shì)、相關(guān)爭(zhēng)論來(lái)槪述全球化，其次是探討全球化趨勢(shì)形成的思潮或社會(huì)脈絡(luò)，在其次是
2、討論全球化對(duì)教育的衝擊與影響，其中包括市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)與資本主義思維侵入教育的思潮形成「教育市場(chǎng)化氛圍」、網(wǎng)路與科技的發(fā)展、主流文化的渲染、新移民子女的教育的關(guān)注、國(guó)際傳染病等。第三是探討全球教育的意涵，包括辨識(shí)金球化教育與金球教育的差異、全球教育的內(nèi)涵以及全球教育的重要觀點(diǎn)。第四是談到全球教育的核心槪念與價(jià)値觀點(diǎn)，包括：Hudock(1990)核心槪念與核心方法、Bennet(1990)的「目標(biāo)」與「核心價(jià)値」、W.Garnsey&P.Stich(1998)提出十五個(gè)關(guān)鍵的全球槪念、Stirling(1993)全
