2、SO，熊果酸低劑量治療組、高劑量組治療組每天腹腔注射相應(yīng)藥物。分別在術(shù)后7d、21d取頸總動(dòng)脈，通過(guò)組織學(xué)檢查、免疫組化結(jié)合圖象分析技術(shù)測(cè)定血管壁形態(tài)學(xué)變化及PCNA、NF—kB的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果與損傷組相比，術(shù)后2l天熊果酸高、低劑量組內(nèi)膜增生面積及內(nèi)膜與中膜面積比均明顯減少(P<0．05)。與對(duì)照組比較，損傷組NF—kB、PCNA表達(dá)顯著增強(qiáng)(P<0．05)；術(shù)后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)上熊果酸高、低劑量組較損傷組NF—KB表達(dá)明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。結(jié)論熊果酸可抑制球囊損傷后血管新生內(nèi)膜增生，其作用機(jī)制可能與抑制NF—kB及PCNA表達(dá)有關(guān)。關(guān)鍵
