2、液態(tài)水為液相,密度為3.2g/am、粒徑為0.5mrtq的高硫高砷金精顆粒為固相。模擬結(jié)果顯示,流場(chǎng)的壓力從計(jì)算域的入口到出口逐漸降低,速度場(chǎng)的變化對(duì)氣液固局部相含率的分布影響顯著;在徑向上,氣含率()從計(jì)算域中心往邊壁降低,在軸向上也逐漸降低;固含率()從計(jì)算域的入口到出口逐漸減小,從計(jì)算域中心向邊壁s增加。模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果一致,可為合理設(shè)置氣流速度以及金礦投放量提供依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:高硫高砷金精礦;三相流化床;流動(dòng)特征;歐拉模型中圖分類號(hào):TF041文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.0253—6099.2015.02.024文章編號(hào):0253—6099(201
