1、高層建筑防火和疏散設(shè)計 摘要：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展與繁榮，高層建筑不斷增多，但高層建筑重大火災(zāi)也時有發(fā)生。而造成這一情況的原因，往往與高層建筑數(shù)量多、體量大并且功能也越來越復(fù)雜的特點息息相關(guān)。由于不同類型的高層建筑是人們生活和生產(chǎn)的主要場所，同時更是財產(chǎn)高度集中的場所，因此可以說對人們的危害是最直接、最嚴重的就是高層建筑火災(zāi)，所以近年來火災(zāi)防治的主要方面就是高層建筑火災(zāi)。近年來火災(zāi)的發(fā)生隨著商業(yè)建筑的不斷增多，組件呈現(xiàn)出上升的趨勢。給而商業(yè)建筑的防火和安全疏散設(shè)計在其大規(guī)模、大空間、多功能的特點下往往會比普通建筑的
