1、橋梁建設(shè)2017年第47卷第4期(總第245期)72BridgeConstruction,Vol.47,No.4,2017(TotallyNo.245)文章編號(hào):1003-4722(2017)04-0072-06波形鋼腹板連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋極限跨度研究宋隨弟,陳克堅(jiān),袁明(中鐵二院工程集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司,四川成都610031)摘要:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有波形鋼腹板連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋跨度偏小的情況,分析影響該類橋梁極限跨度的主要因素,并提出解決限制其跨度增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵問題的相應(yīng)技術(shù)措施。分析表明:波形鋼腹板的整體穩(wěn)定性、箱梁的扭轉(zhuǎn)及畸變會(huì)極大地限制波形鋼腹板箱梁橋的跨度,其最大跨度應(yīng)該能夠達(dá)到甚至
2、超過混凝土腹板箱梁橋的跨度。對(duì)于30mm厚的1600型波形鋼腹板,當(dāng)鋼腹板整體屈曲失穩(wěn)分別發(fā)生在屈服區(qū)和非彈性區(qū)時(shí),波形鋼腹板箱梁連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的最大跨度可分別達(dá)到162m和238m;增大波高或采用復(fù)合波形鋼腹板時(shí),該類橋梁的跨度能超過300m。當(dāng)波形鋼腹板箱梁橋的跨度超過160m時(shí),可以考慮采用復(fù)合波形鋼腹板;當(dāng)跨度超過230m時(shí),應(yīng)該采用復(fù)合波形鋼腹板。設(shè)置適當(dāng)數(shù)量的橫隔板可以提高波形鋼腹板箱梁的抗扭轉(zhuǎn)及抗畸變能力,可采用鋼桁架等輕型橫隔板以減輕其自重。關(guān)鍵詞:連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋;波形鋼腹板;組合箱梁;屈曲穩(wěn)定;復(fù)合波形鋼腹板;極限跨度中圖分類號(hào):U448.216;U

6、globalbucklinginstabilityofthewebsoccursrespectivelyintheyieldingandnon‐elasticzones,thelongestspansofthebridgescanrespectivelyreach162mand238m.Whenthecorruga‐tionheightisincreasedorthecompositecorrugatedsteelwebsareutilized,thespanscanbeevenlongerthan300m.Whenthespansofthebridgesar
