2、丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)為基體，以苯乙烯–N–苯基馬來酰亞胺–馬來酸酐三元共聚物(AS–MS–NB)為耐熱劑，在雙螺桿擠出機中，于240～270℃制備出不同耐熱劑含量的高耐熱ABS母粒。以此母粒和十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)阻燃體系共混，于180～210℃通過雙螺桿擠出機制備出高耐熱阻燃ABS。結果表明，通過這種兩步法制備的高耐熱阻燃ABS材料兼具高耐熱和阻燃特性，并且耐熱劑含量和其制備的阻燃ABS材料的耐熱性具有正相關性。同時加入DBDPE未使高耐熱阻燃ABS的熱變形溫度明顯降低，彎曲強度、拉伸強度及沖
