2、)金屬主要由馬氏體構(gòu)成,其硬度高于母材(BM)。焊接接頭硬度分布不均勻,在焊縫邊緣有著最高硬度;熱影響區(qū)(HAZ)很窄,且硬度急劇下降。隨著焊速變化焊接接頭的性能以及硬度特性也發(fā)生變化:當(dāng)焊接速度達(dá)到70mm/s時,焊縫區(qū)域的最高硬度達(dá)到448.9HV,為所有試樣中最高,而其熱影響區(qū)硬度值下降最快。在垂直于焊縫的負(fù)載下,焊接速度為2O~60mm/s的拉伸試樣均斷裂在母材,而焊接速度為70mm/s的試樣卻斷在熔合線附近,塑性明顯差于斷在母材的試樣。關(guān)鍵詞激光技術(shù);E36鋼;激光焊接;微觀組織;力學(xué)性能中圖分類號TG456.7文
