1、《南水北調(diào)與水利科技》:南水北調(diào)東線工程優(yōu)勢調(diào)水頻率分析(戴昌軍管光明孫浩李翰卿)(摘要) 摘要:為計(jì)算南水北調(diào)東線工程優(yōu)勢調(diào)水頻率,選用國內(nèi)外常用的二維P—Ⅲ分布的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行南水北調(diào)年徑流豐枯遭遇分析,并與傳統(tǒng)的基于頻率的分析方法結(jié)果做了比較。研究表明,Qin方法、Moran方法、FGM方法在其適用范圍內(nèi)對二維P—Ⅲ分布計(jì)算結(jié)果較好,并提供了各種二維P—Ⅲ分布計(jì)算方法應(yīng)用范圍的建議。優(yōu)勢調(diào)水頻率計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示,長江淮河、長江黃河的豐枯同步頻率均小于豐枯異步頻率,年尺度的優(yōu)勢調(diào)水頻率不高于40%。三峽建成后,改變了長江中下游的年徑流的年內(nèi)分配,多
2、數(shù)月份更有利于調(diào)水。為此,要提高南水北調(diào)東線工程的利用價值,必須充分考慮調(diào)蓄工程的建設(shè),配以相應(yīng)的運(yùn)行調(diào)度方式,相機(jī)從長江引水。
