2、生長(zhǎng),根系形態(tài),根際和非根際土壤的生理特性和微生物數(shù)量變化.結(jié)果表明:與高磷相比,低磷降低2玉米的株高,總綠葉面積,地上部干重和磷含量,根干重和磷含量,增加了根冠比,降低土壤pH值,促進(jìn)土壤磷酸酶活性,減少細(xì)菌數(shù)量和速效磷含量.與非根際土比,根際土的pH,磷酸酶活性和速效磷含量均降低,細(xì)菌和放線菌數(shù)量均增加,與供磷水平無(wú)關(guān).玉米的生物量和磷含量均與根長(zhǎng),根表面積,根際土的pH,細(xì)菌數(shù)量間呈顯著正相關(guān),而與根干重?zé)o關(guān),說(shuō)明根系形態(tài),土壤pH,細(xì)菌數(shù)量是影響土壤磷素轉(zhuǎn)化和高效吸收的重要因素.與'冀單28'比,'蠡玉16'具有優(yōu)勢(shì)株高,總綠葉面積,植株干重和磷含量,較大的根長(zhǎng),根表
