8、業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)項目計劃的通知》(發(fā)改辦工業(yè)[2006]1093號)的安排制定的。近年來,我國水電水利工程巖石基礎(chǔ)開挖施工技術(shù)取得很大進(jìn)展,大規(guī)模毫秒延時起爆網(wǎng)路(絡(luò))、采用預(yù)裂爆破或光面爆破實施保護(hù)層一次爆除等技術(shù),以及施工期爆破安全監(jiān)測和爆破試驗的廣泛應(yīng)用,為提高水工建筑物巖石基礎(chǔ)開挖質(zhì)量,加快施工進(jìn)度提供了技術(shù)保障。本標(biāo)
