6、織設(shè)計(jì)是建筑施工組織的核心和靈魂，是對(duì)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全過程的構(gòu)思設(shè)想和具體安排，用來指導(dǎo)施工項(xiàng)目全過程各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和組織的綜合性文件。本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是針對(duì)淮南市八公山區(qū)和平村F區(qū)工程進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì)方案的綱領(lǐng)性文件。編制時(shí)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、施工總體部署、施工準(zhǔn)備、主要分部分項(xiàng)工程施工方法、工程質(zhì)量保證措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工現(xiàn)場管理措施等諸多因素盡可能充分考慮，突出科學(xué)性、適用性及針對(duì)性，是確保優(yōu)質(zhì)、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任務(wù)的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)文件。為確保工期、質(zhì)量及安全、文明工地，節(jié)約成本等條件，編制出針對(duì)性的
