1、TGF-β1影響鈦表面成骨細(xì)胞增殖分化的體外研究?624?現(xiàn)代口腔醫(yī)學(xué)雜志2006年第20卷第6期JModernSomatol,November2006,Vol20,No.6TGF—l3l影響鈦表面成骨細(xì)胞增殖分化的體外研究盛迅丁仲鵑錢捷楊策堯【摘要】目的動(dòng)態(tài)觀測(cè)TGF—pl和鈦片表面微形態(tài)對(duì)胎鼠成骨細(xì)胞增殖分化的影響以及兩者之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系.方法將傳代后的成骨細(xì)胞接種于不同處理(機(jī)械打磨,噴砂處理TPS)鈦片表面,加入外源性TGF—pl(濃度為10ng/m1)后Mrrr法檢測(cè)細(xì)胞增殖,并檢測(cè)細(xì)胞內(nèi)ALP和細(xì)胞外OC的合成分泌狀況;設(shè)置玻片對(duì)照組.結(jié)果外源性TGF—
2、p】后對(duì)各組鈦片表面的成骨細(xì)胞增殖均有不同程度的抑制作用,細(xì)胞接種后期抑制作用更明顯.細(xì)胞接種早期,ALP活性和OC分泌量各實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組與未加因子相比有明顯增加(P<0.05).細(xì)胞接種后期,成骨細(xì)胞ALP合成在機(jī)械組與未加因子相比明顯減少(P<0,05),噴砂組和TPS組則仍然增加;0C分泌量在機(jī)械組和對(duì)照組變化不明顯,而噴砂組和TPS組0C分泌與未加因子相比明顯增加(P<0.05).結(jié)論濃度為10ng/ml的外源性TGF—p1對(duì)不同鈦片表面成骨細(xì)胞增殖有一定抑制作用.外源性TGF—p1和粗糙鈦片表面對(duì)成骨細(xì)胞分化有一定協(xié)同促進(jìn)作用.【關(guān)鍵詞
