5、tiontheory;stimulation;strategyiiTheStrategiesforStimulatingCollegeStudents’MotivationinEnglishLearning摘要21世紀(jì)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代,英語(yǔ)教育工作的重心由“教”轉(zhuǎn)向“學(xué)”。英語(yǔ)教育者也越來(lái)越注重學(xué)生的個(gè)性特征在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中的作用。動(dòng)機(jī)是影響大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的因素中不容忽視的一個(gè)重要變量。因而,大學(xué)教師應(yīng)該要認(rèn)清大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀,并清楚了解學(xué)生影響英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的因素,此外,教師還應(yīng)根據(jù)大學(xué)生各自的
