1、摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)是水解塔第一預(yù)熱器，是屬于換熱器中的一種。換熱器的主要作用是使熱量在高溫流體與低溫流體之間進(jìn)行傳遞。從而使流體溫度達(dá)到工藝過(guò)程規(guī)定的指標(biāo)，以滿(mǎn)足工藝上的需要。它在石油、化工、食品、動(dòng)力以及其它許多部門(mén)都有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。目前應(yīng)用最為廣泛的是管殼式換熱器，本課題詳細(xì)介紹了固定管板式換熱器的設(shè)計(jì)與制造過(guò)程。它以流體的物性參數(shù)和生產(chǎn)量及工藝要求為基礎(chǔ)，通過(guò)計(jì)算和依據(jù)相應(yīng)的系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定了固定管板式換熱器的基本型式。依據(jù)GB150-1998《鋼制壓力容器》和GB151-1999《管殼式換熱器》等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)換熱器各零部件
2、結(jié)構(gòu)與強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。固定管板式換熱器主要由外殼、封頭、管板、拉桿、定距桿、折流板、法蘭等部件組成。在加工制造方面，對(duì)各部件的加工，對(duì)管子與管板的連接、管孔的加工都提出了詳細(xì)具體的要求。此外，還涉及到了固定管板式換熱器的檢驗(yàn)、安裝、使用和維修方面的內(nèi)容。關(guān)鍵詞：固定管板式換熱器；管殼式換熱器；管板；法蘭；折流板第55頁(yè)AbstractHeatexchangersareequipmentprimarilyfortransferringheatbetweenhotandcoldstreams.Thusenablesthe
