2、的組織和化學(xué)成分作了XPS和AES分析,用掃描電鏡SEM,能譜儀EDS和激光共焦掃描顯微鏡(LCSM)對(duì)該涂層大氣氛圍中室溫(25),200℃和400℃的微動(dòng)磨損特性與基材進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究.結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合涂層中的組織為TiN和TiO;在部分滑移區(qū)和混合區(qū),PIII&DTiN/Ti復(fù)合涂層摩擦因數(shù)隨溫度升高而降低,在滑移區(qū),涂層摩擦因數(shù)波動(dòng)較大,溫度對(duì)基材摩擦因數(shù)影響不明顯.在部分滑移區(qū)磨損輕微,在混合區(qū)和滑移區(qū),涂層磨損機(jī)制以剝層和氧化磨損為主,局部存在磨粒磨損.關(guān)鍵詞:微動(dòng)磨損;溫度;3"225NG鈦合金;TiN/Ti復(fù)合涂層中圖分類號(hào):TH117.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)
