1、摘要在汽車設(shè)計時,為了使其具有轉(zhuǎn)向輕便、準(zhǔn)確和行使穩(wěn)定的性能,在轉(zhuǎn)向輪上設(shè)計有專項定位參數(shù),但在汽車使用過程中,由于車架、轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)的變形與磨損,很容易造成這些定位參數(shù)失準(zhǔn),導(dǎo)致汽車行駛時轉(zhuǎn)向車輪向前滾動的同時產(chǎn)生滑移現(xiàn)象,即車輪側(cè)滑。車輪側(cè)滑會造成滾動阻力增加、行駛方向穩(wěn)定性變差、輪胎磨損加劇、運(yùn)行油耗增加以及轉(zhuǎn)向沉重等現(xiàn)象,影響汽車的使用性能和經(jīng)濟(jì)性能,且容易造成行車事故。為了防止定位參數(shù)變形過量,保障車輛行駛安全,國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定,車輪側(cè)滑量應(yīng)小于或等于5m/km。所以,定期對汽車轉(zhuǎn)向輪側(cè)滑量進(jìn)行檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時排查,對汽車的使用性能和經(jīng)濟(jì)
2、性能具有重要意義。針對汽車側(cè)滑試驗臺的應(yīng)用工況,提出檢測智能儀表應(yīng)具備的功能和主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)。設(shè)計了一種新型側(cè)滑檢測系統(tǒng),并給出其工作原理、硬件構(gòu)成設(shè)計方法。通過輸入、輸出電路和單片機(jī)構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng),把直線位移傳感器輸出的信號轉(zhuǎn)化成對應(yīng)的側(cè)滑量,并具有顯示和報警提示。測量系統(tǒng)也可通過串行口把測量的結(jié)果發(fā)送到上位機(jī)上。該文介紹了采用計算機(jī)技術(shù)檢測汽車前輪側(cè)滑量的方法和工作原理,著重討論了檢測系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計,這種設(shè)計較好地解決了動態(tài)檢測過程中測量速度與測量精度之間的矛盾。本設(shè)計以MCS—51單片機(jī)為核心,配有少量外圍電路,集自動檢測、判別、報警及數(shù)顯于
