1、焊接專業(yè)畢業(yè)論文題目建筑鋼結構H型鋼焊接專業(yè)焊接技術學院畢業(yè)論文摘要本文主要針對鋼結構制作當中所用到的H型鋼焊接進行詳細論述,由于鋼結構的材料力學性能及特點決定著它的焊接性,所以在設計過程中必須選擇合適的焊接順序、焊接方法和焊接工藝參數(shù)。由于鋼結構制作過程中大部分都是采用的H型鋼焊接,翼板和腹板的拼接所采用的是埋弧自動焊,構件之間的連接主要是焊縫連接,所以焊接質量要十分重視。預防較長的H型鋼在生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生變形,必要情況下采取二次矯正。最后對焊接過程中容易出現(xiàn)的缺陷進行分析,并提出有效的防止措施。關鍵詞
