5、ingyourbusinessobjectivesanddecidingwheretoinvesttobestachievethoseobjectives.Forexample,movingfromadirectsalesmodel(yourownsalesforcesellingdirectlytocustomers)toanonlinesalesmodel(yourcustomersbuyfromyoursite)isabusinessstrategy.Decidingwhethertochargeforyourserviceswithsubscriptionsortransacti
6、onsfeesorwhetheryouhaveanadvertising-basedrevenuemodelisabusinessstrategy.Decidingtomoveintoanadjacentmarketisabusinessstrategy.Now,clearlytherearesomebigproductimplicationstoeachofthesebusinessstrategies.Buttheyarenotoneinthesame.Therearelotsofwaystosellonline,lotsofwaystomonetizevalue,andlotsof
