1、牡丹人民醫(yī)院護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量考評細(xì)則（200分）--2011年3月標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要內(nèi)容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)考核細(xì)則標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分扣分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一、護(hù)理人力配備與管理（15分）101護(hù)理人員執(zhí)業(yè)資格（5分）1-1嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國家法律法規(guī)，依法執(zhí)業(yè)。1-2按照各級各類護(hù)理人員任職資格條件上崗。1護(hù)理人員須持有護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)證書經(jīng)注冊后方可上崗，并到護(hù)理部登記。2對專業(yè)性較強(qiáng)的護(hù)理崗位急診（如ICU等），應(yīng)符合相應(yīng)準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、程序與機(jī)制。3護(hù)理員須經(jīng)行政部門指定的醫(yī)院統(tǒng)一培訓(xùn)后方可持證上崗。41無證單獨(dú)值班不得分2不符合準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制且無培養(yǎng)計劃扣1分2護(hù)理人員數(shù)量結(jié)構(gòu)（4分）1服從護(hù)理部對護(hù)理人員結(jié)構(gòu)比例的調(diào)配。2實(shí)行彈性工作
