1、蘭州理工大學生命科學與工程學院畢業(yè)論文紅芪中多糖提取工藝的研究專業(yè):姓名:學號:指導老師:職稱:摘要紅芪作為傳統(tǒng)的補益類中藥,含有多糖、葡萄糖醒酸、粘液質(zhì)、多種氨基酸、苦味素、膽堿、甜萊堿、葉酸、熊竹素等多種成分,并具有強心利尿、降壓及增強人體免疫機能的作用。本試驗分別采用水提法、微波提取法、超聲波提取法和微波-超聲波提取法對紅芪中的多糖進行提取,比較這四種提取法在操作工程中的差異,并對最后的提取結(jié)果進行比較,選出多糖提取率最高的方法。通過實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),采用微波-超聲波提取法的多糖提取率最高,得率為7.051%。在對其進行進一步
2、的工藝研究之后,確定超聲溫度、超聲時間和液料比為影響試驗最終結(jié)果的三個主要因素,通過對其進行正交試驗及方差分析之后,得出在A2B2C2,即超聲溫度50℃、超聲時間40min、液料比為200:1的條件下提取工藝最佳,測得多糖的最終提取率為7.026%。試驗結(jié)果最終證明,采用微波-超聲波提取紅芪多糖具有較大的優(yōu)勢:提取時間大大縮短,可避免紅芪多糖的分解,所用儀器簡單,操作方便。關鍵詞:紅芪;多糖;提取;優(yōu)化;正交試驗蘭州理工大學生命科學與工程學院畢業(yè)論文AbstractAsatraditionalChinesemedicalhe
