1、山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）摘要混凝土攪拌設(shè)備是建筑機(jī)械?中的一個(gè)重要設(shè)備，它是混凝土生產(chǎn)的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。由于混凝土攪拌設(shè)備的工作對(duì)象是砂?石和水泥等混合料，并且用量大，工作環(huán)境惡劣。因此混凝土攪拌設(shè)備在向高技術(shù)、高效能、?自動(dòng)化、智能化的方向發(fā)展有很大的必要性。?現(xiàn)代建筑工程中攪拌機(jī)的廣泛應(yīng)用，不僅減輕了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，還提高了混凝土工程的質(zhì)量，對(duì)我國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)做出了很大貢獻(xiàn)。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要對(duì)雙臥軸強(qiáng)制式混凝土攪拌機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，包含攪拌桶的設(shè)計(jì)、料斗的設(shè)計(jì)等。依據(jù)國(guó)家的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在零部件、材?料、結(jié)構(gòu)工藝等方面設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)合理的、滿
2、足要求生產(chǎn)需要的混凝土攪拌設(shè)備。重點(diǎn)研究攪?拌裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、制造。對(duì)涉及的零部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、校核，對(duì)各部件提出細(xì)化的參數(shù)內(nèi)?容，待各零件的尺寸正式確定后，進(jìn)行總體布置，滿足各種要求。雙臥軸強(qiáng)制式混凝土攪拌機(jī)在攪拌過(guò)程中，通過(guò)攪拌軸的回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)帶動(dòng)攪拌葉片對(duì)筒內(nèi)物料進(jìn)行剪切、擠壓和翻轉(zhuǎn)推移等攪拌作用，使物料在相對(duì)的劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)中的得到充分的拌合，因而它具有拌合質(zhì)量好、能耗低、效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞：混凝土攪拌機(jī)、質(zhì)量、能耗、效率、壽命長(zhǎng)AbstractTConstructionmachineryconcretemixingequipmentisan
