5、動之前有準(zhǔn)備：園本教研活動之前讓教師了解教研活動的內(nèi)容。讓教師有所準(zhǔn)備。（2）活動之中有主題：在園本教研活動中組長要注意調(diào)控整個活動的節(jié)奏，圍繞主題展開討論，不偏題、離題。經(jīng)過激烈的辯解、討論后，組長要善于歸納總結(jié)，把教師中的零星觀點匯總、整理成本次活動的討論成果，并提出1—2個思考題，讓教師回去作進(jìn)一步的思索。（3）活動之后有思考：進(jìn)行教研反思，積極采取措施做好反思后的具體落實、跟進(jìn)。（4）負(fù)責(zé)材料的積累、分類。theconstructionsite,andcoordinatedtheimplemen
