2、--------------------------------------------------范文最新推薦------------------------------------------------------摘要本課題采用感應(yīng)加熱滲透技術(shù)對(duì)低碳鋼進(jìn)行液相感應(yīng)氮碳共滲工藝處理,并且主要研究了加熱溫度、保溫時(shí)間對(duì)滲層深度及硬度分布的影響,通過多組實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比分析得出了不同工藝參數(shù)對(duì)滲層性能的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:應(yīng)用高頻感應(yīng)加熱,在甲酰胺溶液中對(duì)20鋼和純鐵進(jìn)行感應(yīng)氮碳共滲獲得了較為理想的效果。當(dāng)加熱溫度為600°С時(shí),滲層的厚度和硬度隨保溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而增大,但超過15mi
