1、摘要在我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的進(jìn)程中,民營經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)逐漸發(fā)展為市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,成為推動(dòng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要?jiǎng)恿?。但同時(shí),民營企業(yè)內(nèi)部很多問題也凸顯出來,其中勞動(dòng)關(guān)系問題表現(xiàn)得尤為突出。近年來東莞市民營企業(yè)得到長足發(fā)展,為促進(jìn)市民就業(yè)、拉動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。但部分企業(yè)中克扣工資、延長勞動(dòng)時(shí)間、罷工、靜坐等現(xiàn)象層出不窮,不僅影響了企業(yè)的發(fā)展,還破壞了社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。因此,筆者以東莞民營企業(yè)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)市人力資源局發(fā)布的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和部分民營企業(yè)的相關(guān)資料,描述東莞民營企業(yè)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀,指出勞動(dòng)糾紛易發(fā)
2、、勞動(dòng)關(guān)系緊張、勞動(dòng)關(guān)系問題趨向集體化、企業(yè)主頻繁侵犯勞動(dòng)者合法權(quán)益等是東莞民營企業(yè)存在的主要?jiǎng)趧?dòng)關(guān)系問題。運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論深入分析東莞民營企業(yè)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系問題的成因,指出勞資雙方地位的不平等、勞資雙方利益的不一致、勞資雙方法律意識(shí)淡薄、政府部門監(jiān)管機(jī)制不完善是導(dǎo)致民營企業(yè)勞資沖突的具體原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出改善政府職能、企業(yè)要尊重勞動(dòng)者權(quán)益等協(xié)調(diào)民營企業(yè)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的具體機(jī)制?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】民營企業(yè)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制IIAbstractIntheprocessofChina'smarketeconomicreform,thep

6、s,laborrelationstense,collectivelaborrelationsproblems,workers'legitimaterightsandinterestsbeingviolatedfrequentlybybusinessownersarethemajorproblemsinDongguanprivateenterprises.Usingthetheoryanddeeplyanalyzingthecausesoflaborrelationsissues,wecanpointoutthe
