1、2012屆畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)論文題目:PbO對陶瓷結合劑磨具性能的影響的討論院系名稱:材料科學與工程學院專業(yè)班級:學生姓名:學號:指導教師:教師職稱:2012年5月21日1摘要與其他結合劑相比陶瓷結合劑具有散熱好、易于排屑、成本價格低等優(yōu)點,陶瓷結合劑在超硬材料磨具行業(yè)應用廣泛,本文研究PbO對陶瓷結合劑性能的影響,通過向基礎陶瓷結合劑中加入不同百分量的PbO,對其耐火度進行了測定,利用微機差熱膨脹儀、洛氏硬度計、微機控制電子萬能試驗機對加入不同量PbO結合劑的熱膨脹系數(shù)和加入磨料后磨具的洛氏硬度和抗折強度進行了研究測試,再用體視顯微鏡對測過抗折強度的磨具試樣進行斷面觀測分析。實
2、驗所得結果顯示:適當加入少量添加劑PbO能顯著降低結合劑的耐火度,加入超過10%或更多對其耐火度影響不大。與不加和加其它量相比,當添加劑為5%時,加磨料后燒成的磨具具有較高的抗折強度和洛氏硬度;結合劑中加入添加劑PbO后,其熱膨脹系數(shù)有所增大。通過體視顯微鏡斷面觀測,當加入過多量PbO時會有發(fā)泡產(chǎn)生;鉛屬于重金屬,PbO有毒。綜合以上因素,PbO為陶瓷結合劑添加劑時,應控制在5%左右。關鍵詞:陶瓷結合劑PbO性能影響TitleTheeffectofLeadoxideonpropertiesofvitrifiedbond19AbstractTheabstractcompar
