1、9、MMP-2表達的影響中風(fēng)與神經(jīng)疾病雜志2006年2月第23卷第1期文章編號:1003—2754(2006)01—0075—04?75?凝血酶對大鼠腦內(nèi)MMP一9,MMP一2表達的影響江漢秋,劉群,劉瑾,張昱摘要:目的探討凝血酶對大鼠腦內(nèi)MMP一9,MMP一2表達的影響.方法Wistar大鼠隨機分為假手術(shù)組及實驗組.實驗組腦內(nèi)注入凝血酶.在不同時間點采用干濕重法測腦水含量.免疫組化方法檢測腦內(nèi)MMP一9,MMP一2的表達.假手術(shù)組注入等量生理鹽水.結(jié)果腦組織水含量在凝血酶注入后6h開始增加.3d達高峰.MMP一9陽性細(xì)胞在注射凝血酶后6h即開始表達增加,與對
2、照組相比差異顯著(,)<O.01),3d達高峰.隨后持續(xù)下降.陽性微血管數(shù)也有相似的變化趨勢.MMP一2陽性細(xì)胞在注射凝血酶后1d才開始有少量表達.后持續(xù)增多,5d達高峰,隨后有所下降.但14d仍有明顯表達,與對照組相比差異顯著(,)<O.01).陽性微血管數(shù)也有相似的變化趨勢.結(jié)論凝血酶在腦出血后腦水腫及腦組織損傷中起了關(guān)鍵的作用,MMP9,MMP一2參與了急性期腦水腫,炎癥反應(yīng)等過程,MMP一2在損傷修復(fù)中可能有重要作用.關(guān)鍵詞:凝血酶;腦水腫;MMP一9;MMP一2;腦出血中圖分類號:R743.34文獻標(biāo)識碼:AExpressionofMMP
