1、山東輕工業(yè)學(xué)院2009屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的不斷加劇使得產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)周期和綜合性能日益成為最關(guān)鍵之要素,而壓面機(jī)作為我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)食品機(jī)械行業(yè)最廣泛應(yīng)用的食品加工機(jī)械之一,卻由于新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)周期長(zhǎng),壓輥的成本高等因素,使產(chǎn)品更新緩慢甚至停滯不前,這與瞬息萬(wàn)變的現(xiàn)代柔性化市場(chǎng)顯然背道而馳,仿真、虛擬設(shè)計(jì)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的日臻成熟完善為解決這些問(wèn)題提供了思路和方法。本文主要針對(duì)壓面機(jī)這一常用炊具機(jī)械,從實(shí)際工作需求分析著手,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品中成本高,設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題,依托三維建模,仿真及虛擬技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)一種新型壓面機(jī)壓輥并對(duì)壓面過(guò)程進(jìn)行仿真,旨在
2、滿足市場(chǎng)需求,推動(dòng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新步伐。為此,本文主要進(jìn)行了如下五方面研究:一、首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了虛擬樣機(jī)及仿真技術(shù)的基本理論,回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外在此方面的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),論證了將虛擬樣機(jī)及仿真技術(shù)應(yīng)用于新型壓面機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的可行性及必要性。二、對(duì)壓面機(jī)的執(zhí)行部分壓輥進(jìn)行分析,考慮不同的條件下壓面過(guò)程的改變,并對(duì)面團(tuán)在壓輥中的受力進(jìn)行分析。三、以ABAQUS軟件為平臺(tái),建立新型壓面機(jī)壓輥的三維模型,然后對(duì)面團(tuán)進(jìn)行模擬建模,在進(jìn)行虛擬的裝配添加約束條件,建立壓面過(guò)程的模型。四、通過(guò)ABAQUS軟件的后處理模塊對(duì)設(shè)置的參數(shù)進(jìn)行改變看面團(tuán)的受力變化,變形延壓效果等。分析
