1、摘要隨著家庭生活質(zhì)量的提高,排氣扇已經(jīng)成為人們生活中必不可少的家用電器。為了保證家庭室內(nèi)空氣的流通,排氣扇越發(fā)顯得重要。隨著排氣扇的普及,人們對(duì)排氣扇的要求也越來越高,因此具有定時(shí)功能的排氣扇更顯得科學(xué)化。本次課題設(shè)計(jì)目的是:設(shè)計(jì)定時(shí)電風(fēng)扇電路,由兩個(gè)滑動(dòng)變阻器分別控制排氣扇的總定時(shí)時(shí)間和間歇排氣的時(shí)間,并分別用發(fā)光二極管顯示狀態(tài)。首先由一個(gè)555多諧振蕩器來控制排氣扇的總定時(shí)時(shí)間,通過調(diào)節(jié)滑動(dòng)變阻器來調(diào)節(jié)定時(shí)的長(zhǎng)短;然后再用一個(gè)555多諧振蕩器來控制排氣扇的間歇排氣時(shí)間,也可以通過調(diào)節(jié)滑動(dòng)變阻器來控制時(shí)

6、········17附錄三····························································1820第一章設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容與要求〖基本要求〗1.實(shí)現(xiàn)總定時(shí)8小時(shí),并且通過調(diào)節(jié)滑動(dòng)變阻器來實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短可調(diào)。2.實(shí)現(xiàn)占空比可調(diào)的間歇排氣功能,通過調(diào)節(jié)滑動(dòng)變阻器來調(diào)節(jié)排氣和間歇的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短。3.用兩個(gè)LED來顯示其工作狀態(tài),一個(gè)燈來顯示其總定時(shí),工作時(shí)間是一直亮著的,另外一個(gè)燈是間歇亮著的,來顯示其工作和間歇狀態(tài)時(shí)間。20第二章系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案選擇方案一:本方案由排氣扇、
7、定時(shí)控制電路和間歇控制電路組成。首先由定時(shí)控制電路控制總定時(shí)即排氣扇總工作時(shí)間,可以通過調(diào)節(jié)滑動(dòng)變阻器來改變定時(shí)時(shí)間。間歇控制電路控制排氣的工作和間歇時(shí)間,也可以通過調(diào)節(jié)滑動(dòng)變阻器來改變其時(shí)間。本設(shè)計(jì)排氣扇的效果用發(fā)光二極管來顯示,二極管亮表示排氣扇工作,滅則表示不工作。其電路圖如圖2-1。圖2-1但此電路時(shí)由兩個(gè)多諧振蕩器串聯(lián)而成,由實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析其信號(hào)不穩(wěn)定,致使時(shí)間也不穩(wěn)定,所以必須加以改進(jìn)。20方案二:本方案是對(duì)第一個(gè)方案進(jìn)行改進(jìn)后得到的,包括排氣扇、定時(shí)控制電路、間歇控制電路和信號(hào)綜合選擇四部分構(gòu)
8、成。從定時(shí)控制電路出來的信號(hào)與間歇控制電路出來的信號(hào)經(jīng)過一個(gè)與門構(gòu)成的信號(hào)選擇模塊后出來一個(gè)新信號(hào)控制排氣扇工作。其電路圖如圖2-2。圖2-2由實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析得到,經(jīng)過改進(jìn)的電路可以很好的控制排氣扇的定時(shí)時(shí)間和間歇時(shí)間,使電路變得更完善。通過比較,本設(shè)計(jì)采用了方案二。20第三章系統(tǒng)的組成及工作原理3.1系統(tǒng)的組成本系統(tǒng)由定時(shí)控制電路、間歇控制電路、信號(hào)綜合選擇、排氣扇四個(gè)模塊構(gòu)成。通過調(diào)節(jié)滑動(dòng)變阻器來改變其工作時(shí)間,并用發(fā)光二極
