3、icle50(2)(a)ofDecisionNo575/2007/EC.Pleasealwaysusethisformat,asthisistheonlywaytoensureahomogeneousevaluationacrossallMemberStatesandfortheCommunitywideevaluationsubsequently.Youarefreetoaddanyfurtherdocumentyouthinkcanbeusefulinthecontextofthisevaluation.Ifso,enclosethem
4、asanannex,butnotaspartofthistemplate.2.Whenfillinginthistemplatepleasebeasconcreteaspossible,providingfacts,examples,figures,etc.-ItisessentialthatthedescriptioncaneasilybeunderstoodbythosewhoarefamiliarwiththeRF,butnotnecessarilyfamiliarwiththenationalprogrammeconcerned.W
